In 2005 Ms. Cauthen established Bronx Wholistic Network [BW2], a community of Health conscious individuals, who are committed to educating, motivating, and servicing our female youth and who will provide on-going support. In addition to this, Ms. Cauthen has served as a NYC School RN, Certified Adolescent Life Skills Coach, and for several years Nurse Facilitator and Trainer for the NYC Department of Health/School Nurse Division.
