À propos de l'auteur
Charles E. Payne is a graduate of Va. Tech, and University of Virginia School of Law. He served in the Vietnam War with the 101st, Airborne. Following that he practiced law for 46 years. He has written other published and unpublished fiction and non-fiction works, including a collection of poems, and he continues to write.
