What can a career at McDonald’s teach about success?
Beyond what you could imagine!
In 1969, the Abbate family purchased their first McDonald's franchise, setting the stage for a journey filled with challenges, triumphs, and profound insights into employee empowerment, leadership, and the power of vocation.
Drawing from decades of experience leading thousands of employees, Abbate delves into the pressing issues facing today’s organizations, from employee disengagement and mental health to massive cultural shifts. With unwavering optimism, he proposes a new approach grounded in the timeless virtues of beauty, truth, and goodness.
Beyond the Arches is a roadmap for navigating the complexities of the modern world with integrity and compassion. Whether you're a seasoned leader, an aspiring entrepreneur, or seeking inspiration to make a positive impact, these practical tools, philosophical reflections, and real-world examples will inspire you to foster a culture of excellence and purpose that transcends work and becomes your life’s vocation.Les informations fournies dans la section « Synopsis » peuvent faire référence à une autre édition de ce titre.
