À propos de l'auteur

Brenton Barrett Holdburg was born in Riverside, California and lived all over the country growing up. He spent a majority of his childhood in Plano. During this time, he began figure skating and moved to San Jose, California in 2003 to begin training under the 1992 Olympic Ice Dance Champions. He quickly rose through the ranks, became a member of Team USA, and represented the United States across the globe. He was forced to retire from skating in 2008 due to injuries. While in San Jose, he fell in love with the 2001 Junior National Champion, Joan Cristobal. After Brenton had retired, he moved back home to Dallas, while Joan was still in college. He proposed to her in 2007 and shortly after she graduated, they joined Disney on Ice and toured across the world. They married in 2009, got off of the road and settled in McKinney, Texas in 2010. That year Brenton got his real estate license and began practicing. In 2015, they welcomed their first child, Jack, into their lives. Joan is now a passionate destination wedding photographer, and Brenton is her assistant when overseas.
