He wants measuring deflection of light by the sun but he proposed test via eclipse to measure deflection of light by earth's atmosphere. Ironically, this test is not scientifically correct and deeply wrong. The navigators around the world will be easily to understanding the fatal mistakes of these hypotheses and test.
