Alan Jones is a business leader and author based in Dallas, Texas. He is a Life and Leadership Coach, actively involved in both the ministry and corporate America marketplace. As a ministry leader, Alan has over 30 years in various leaderships roles in both the denominational and non-denominational churches. He has designed and implemented ministry programs, managed Christian education initiatives, and served as a board member and numerous advisory councils for over 20 years. As a business leader, Alan is a certified Life, Business and Ministry Coach through the International Association of Certified Coaches, and is the principal of The VA Jones Group, a consultative property, casualty, and life insurance agency. Prior to starting his businesses, Alan was Vice President of Educational Services for a national information technology consulting firm, and a national training consultant in the Oracle software arena. He is an authorized DiSC Behaviorial Specialist for both business and ministry. He has created numerous coaching programs including "The Compass" and "I'm Speaking Your Language." Alan has been married for 40 years to his wife Lori, has four children and seven grandchildren.
