Feeling lost and far from God, I became desperate to reconnect. I turned back to prayer and Scripture. That’s when God revealed the significance of 40 days. He also showed me the importance of giving up my will and trusting in His perfect plan. So, over the course of 40 days, I surrendered my life back to God. Miraculously, He turned my life around and led me back to the path He had always intended for me.

In this book, I share my journey of rediscovering faith through the power of surrender. My hope is that, as you read my story, you will be inspired to take 40 days to seek God’s will for your own life and allow Him to guide you. Trusting in His plan can change everything... just as it did for me.

Karen Marshall Jennings felt called to serve God's in her early college days. Karen has had many of her short stories and articles published in Christian magazines and newspapers throughout the years. But, she always had a passion for writing books. She just never had the time. That is until God worked a miracle in her life. Karen tells her amazing story in this, her debut book, 40 Days of Surrender, Journey to the Heart of God.
