As a U.S. Air Force Veteran, Jay mastered the art of leading teams to produce measurable results. He led operations in support of a $9B sustainment acquisition and managed teams of 20+. Jay identified organizational inefficiencies and saved the Air Force $2.5 billion. He also led operations in more than 40 aircraft emergencies. As an Elite Performance Coach, Jay will increase your efficiency, productivity, and sales. During his tenure in the Air Force, Jay was the recipient of multiple awards and decorations. For example, the Global War on Terrorism, Iraq Campaign, and National Defense Service Medals. Furthermore, he earned Distinguished Graduate from the Leadership and Management I & II Courses by the Air Force. Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Columbia Southern University. He also received entrepreneur training at Syracuse University and personal coaching from Paul Carrick Brunson. Jay also trained in sales under the Sandler Sales Training program, a top 20 global sales course. Furthermore, he holds the Project Management (PMP) certification. Jay is from Birmingham, AL. However, he resides in the greater Atlanta area with his two children, Kyra and Keilan. Outside of his home life, he loves helping clients “think, be, and do things extraordinarily.” Jay is also the author of The Transformation Experience: Shifting Paradigms for Success.
