John Mariotti is an Internationally recognized executive, author/speaker, and board member. He was formerly a V.P. of L. R. Nelson, President of Huffy Bicycles, Group President of Rubbermaid Office Products Group, and Chairman of World Kitchen, LLC. (Corelle/Pyrex/CorningWare, et. al.) After a successful 30-year career as an executive, John founded The Enterprise Group, a coalition of shared-time executive advisors in 1994, and since then he sat on several corporate boards. John has spoken/guest lectured at well-known universities, including The Ohio State University, University of Tennessee (where he was also Director of Corporate Relations), Georgia Tech, TCU, RPI, U. of Akron, and others. He has been an advisor, consultant or featured speaker to many well-known companies. He is formerly Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Goodwill Industries of Dayton, OH and of The Productivity Communications Center. He has been a keynote speaker to numerous companies and global organizations. John has written extensively, including for Forbes.com, Fortune's FSB.com, IndustryWeek (where he also moderated its America’s Best Plants Conferences), the American Management Association (MWorld.com), Management Centre Europe, SmallBizTrends.com, American Express Open Forum, and many other publications & web news sites. His 11 business books and a novel include multiple award-winners, The Shape Shifters and The Complexity Crisis, and a highly regarded novel on cyber-terrorism, The Chinese Conspiracy. John founded and hosted The Reunion Conference annual roundtable/think tank for 16 years, and he publishes an email newsletter THE ENTERPRISE, now in it’s 17th year. He is a member of the Ohio State Downtown Quarterback Club, and the Columbus (OH) Rotary.
