Synopsis

"Did You Know" is a series of books tailored to children ages 5-11. Children grow up facing problems many adults may look over. This series helps them navigate through issues such as bullying, self-esteem, sickness, etc. by looking at how Jesus, and other biblical characters, handled various situations. They will learn about real experiences Stephanie Marcella Layne, the author, had to go through, and how Jesus helped her through every test and trial. This series will help them navigate through pressures and obstacles starting at a young age.

Prophetess Stephanie Marcella has been a member of Reach Out and Touch Ministries Int'l for her entire life, a ministry founded by her dad Apostle Steven Layne. Her ministry started at the age of seven when she began as a praise dancer and she continues to minister in dance in various institutions and churches in the US. She writes and directs plays for the youth at her church to perform at different times during the year. She choreographs dances for the church dance groups “The Anointed Ones” and “D4G (Destined for Greatness). Prophetess Stephanie Marcella has dedicated her time to developing and mentoring youth and serving her local church where her mom, Reverend Dr. K. Barrett-Layne is the senior pastor. She serves as the church’s youth minister, church clerk, and worship leader, as well as the drummer. Every Sunday, she faithfully prepares church bulletins, leads the church into prophetic worship, and completes other clerical tasks wherever needed throughout the week. Prophetess Stephanie completed undergraduate studies in Cinema Studies at the College of Staten Island where she also danced and sang with the CSI gospel choir and concert choir. Prophetess Stephanie completed her graduate studies in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University and received a post Master’s certification in Social Media. Prophetess Stephanie uses her talents in photography and film to capture significant events of interest for non-profit organizations in and around Staten Island. Prophetess Stephanie has a passion for writing plays and helping struggling youth and her goal is to involve youth in film-making and the performing arts as a way of expression and healing from past negative life’s challenges. Recently, Stephanie has ventured out on the road to becoming an entrepreneur and has started her own company, Victorious Warriors Inc., a company that will allow Prophetess Stephanie to continue to inspire and motivate others to see their own talents and inner greatness. She is an author of two children’s books as part of a series of books titled, “Did You Know….” Prophetess Stephanie operates in the gift of the prophetic spoken word. At her local church she is a preacher, teachers, and anointed vessel used mightily by God to speak to His people.
