Throughout the course of my life, thus far, I have been blessed beyond compare. Truly, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob has had His hand on me. One of the greatest things that God has done for me is the witnessing of so many miracles. From my early childhood, up until the current day, I have seen God move in so many different ways in the time of need and/or trouble. My personal life has been riddled with so many opportunities to see the hand of God when the miracle could not be explained away as some chance happening. During high school I thought I wanted to be a lawyer. One afternoon in September of 1977 a request from my friend Joe Mominee would be the turning point in my future and career choice. Not having money for the Friday night home football game Joe invited me to ride in the ambulance with him. He was an EMT and on this night I was to be his assistant if a player got injured. A player was injured and during the rendering of care I realized that this was something very appealing to me. The next day I signed on to be an Athletic Trainer working with Joe. Within weeks Joe recommended that I go to EMT school myself. So, at the ripe old age of sixteen I attended the Monroe County Community College and completed the EMT program. As time would have it I went to Paramedic School, the Fire Academy, graduated form Monroe County Community College with a Science Degree, Owens College with a degree in Fire Science, and a Bachelors from Siena Heights. I have been extremely blessed with my educational achievements and all of these have benefited me in my care for countless people that I have encountered. For forty years I have considered my life's work more of a ministry than a job. My ultimate goal is to let people know that God loves them and that His son, Jesus has made the way for us to have eternal life through His sacrifice on an old rugged cross. Endless Miracles of God!
