With more than thirty years in the hotel industry Stephan Busch has an invaluable and diverse experience in the hospitality industry ranging from senior management positions with the most renowned hotel and resort companies to the project development - launch of operations, business development- for hotel . resort, cruise companies and hotel schools in Asia, Europe, Canada and Russia. His expertise includes not only planning, opening and operating of hotels, international golf clubs, airports, resorts ,cruise ships and schools, but also successful restructuring and repositioning of businesses during the financial crisis in Asia. Besides launching new complex tourism and cruise projects in Asia and renovation projects in Russia, Mr. Busch has been responsible for the planning, organization and execution of multiple ATP Tennis Tournaments and government functions in Europe and is continuing to organize and manage events for up to 45.000 guests per day. Stephan Busch earned his Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, USA and is a frequent guest lecturer at Universities ,schools and events for cross-cultural and project management and is the Author of “The Yangtze Chronicles” a documentary fiction about the Three Gorges Dam.
