In 2005 David Adam Kurz arrived to the city of Miami with two things: dedication and innovation. Originally from the Bronx and an active Marine since 1994, he had just finished his final tour, and was ready to embark on a journey he claims is in its own way tougher than war—the journey of entrepreneurship.
But Kurz wasted no time. In the years to follow, he was busy operating one of the most highly respected real estate teams at Douglas Elliman, the fourth largest real estate brokerage in the United States. It was there that Kurz realized real estate is more than just a job servicing others—it’s about building professional relationships that last a lifetime.

Kurz’s efforts in real estate expand beyond his experience in the office. He is also a thought leader and advisor as the host of his own Real Estate Show.
