Synopsis
The Lone Star Ranger is a western novel that is set in Texas and centers around Buck Duane, a former outlaw who is trying to redeem himself. Zane Grey was a prolific American writer of historical and western novels. Grey's books were a big influence on the idealization of the American frontier and his book Riders of the Purple Sage is considered by many to be the greatest western novel ever written.
