Grahame Cossum was born and grew up in Northern Ireland and still lives there today, with his wife, a parrot, numerous chickens and their horses. He is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner and has also worked as a personal trainer and swimming teacher. More importantly he is a lifelong student of the human mind. He overcame a serious accident and suffered from depression for a decade, before finally managing to overcome it. This experience was partly what motivated him to begin writing and his first book, Make Peace with Your Harshest Critic, is a self-help book which is available through Amazon. In it, Grahame coaches his readers to achieve peace of mind and control in their everyday lives. Grahame spends much of his time writing. In the past, he was keen on archery and shooting and at one time was the Northern Ireland air rifle champion. He also enjoys relaxing with friends and family when he has the opportunity. Grahame hopes that his books will encourage others to overcome their own battles in life and allow them to move on to better, happier and more successful things.
