David Rasch: David’s short fiction has won several awards from the Monterey Weekly, the Central Coast Writer’s Club and the Ojai Art Center. Most recently, one of his stories was awarded second place in the Monterey County Weekly’s 101-Word Short Story Contest for 2014. He is also an ombudsman, psychologist, songwriter and author of a self-help book for writers, The Blocked Writer’s Book of the Dead. He has released records as Dust Collector, and has earned awards in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest and the Annual Billboard Song Contest. Jason’s music has also been featured in television, film, and in A Lie Of The Mind, a Sam Shepard play presented in San Francisco. Jason also created the animation for Life On The Line, a documentary film that premiered at the 2013 Santa Barbara Film Festival.
