Her work inside and outside of the classroom centers around equipping people with the necessary tools to excel in every area of their lives. She is a highly skilled educator with over 17 years of experience in professional development, curriculum development, instructional design, classroom instruction, financial aid services and technology support. She has dedicated her life to serving God by having boots on the ground working as a change agent in His Kingdom. She has a passion for empowering women and young girls and has created the 3cordstrand mission. Through this mission, women and young girls are inspired to become Educated, Equipped, and Empowered because as it says in Ecclesiastes 4:12, "...A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."
