David qualified as a Polymer Chemist, before transporting himself into the commercial world of business. Having worked in more than ten different sectors, for some magnificent brands, running a number of them both in Director roles and Leadership roles, it has given him a business turnaround mind-set. David loves to solve problems and has been featured in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for under his Leadership several times. David believes that people make the difference to all companies big and small, and loves to help make others successful, in the process having sold a number of companies, is an Angel investor and a trusted adviser to other Leaders. David loves being with his family and maintaining a good work life balance after recovering from meningitis in 2011.
