Dr. Carol Parker earned a Doctorate in Education at the University of Southern California; Masters of Science in Administration (MSA) from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics, General Business from California State Polytechnic University – Pomona. Dr. Parker is also a full-time Realtor and business professional.
