Taylor Willingham is an experienced estate planning and probate attorney located in McKinney, Texas. He is the founder of The Willingham Law Firm, P.C., and creator of Posterity Planning. He focuses exclusively on probate, elder law and estate planning to assist his clients with their testamentary and incapacity planning. Prior to forming the Willingham Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Taylor Willingham attended Utah State University and graduated cum laude with a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences. He also graduated from Texas Tech School of Law and received an MS in Personal Financial Planning. Mr. Willingham worked for Tombs & Maxwell, PLLC in Lubbock, Texas, where he worked as an estate planning and probate law clerk for the firm. In 2009, Mr. Willingham joined Davis & Associates focusing on international estate planning and business formation. He helped international clients invest in the United States and protect their assets.
