Michael Sharon is practicing raja yoga based meditation under highly capable spiritual masters for past 16 years. The author does not claim to have achieved anything spiritually significant. Spirituality is all about going towards nothingness, no attachment to senses, no thoughts in mind, no ego in consciousness; it may take hundreds of years (few births) for one to liberate him/her. But it is good to take the first step in spirituality by practicing meditation on 'light at heart'.
