Synopsis

Children are in need of educators who understand that they possess unique abilities and strengths, embrace creative productive thought, and seek out answers to the problems of the world. Talent, whether latent, emergent, or manifest, should be recognized, nurtured, and encouraged. The Bill of Rights for teachers is for those who seek to identify, serve, and advocate for all student populations, including those often misunderstood and overlooked.
