Synopsis
Growing up in Uniontown, my mother always made sure my brother and I had everything we needed. She taught us the right things to do and how to treat people. Did I always follow through with the right thing? Not all the time. I let my attitude and so-called friends keep me from being the person I was taught to be. But then I had the most realistic dream I'd ever had. It changed the course of my life. "This presence came over me, got on his knees, and comforted me. He told me, 'Calm down. Let go. I got you.' I immediately took my last breath.” It's what happened next that would secure my seat at the TABLE IN HEAVEN."

À propos de l'auteur
Terry Pope was born in Selma, Alabama to Ms. Willie Mae Thomas. He was raised in nearby Uniontown, where he currently resides. Terry is married to his high school sweetheart, Porsche, and they have two daughters, Peyton and Tinsley. Terry is very passionate about reaching the lost and shares his testimony through song lyrics, as a member of an inspirational rap duo. He has traveled across the southeast spreading messages of hope and deliverance. One of his most unforgettable experiences came when he was invited to Haiti by the US Embassy to share his music and give words of inspiration. When he is not writing, performing or delivering motivational speeches, Terry enjoys playing basketball, and watching the food or travel channels on television. However, he loves spending those intimate moments with his family, just appreciating their presence. Most importantly, Terry likes to spend time with God. He gives Him praise, shares his concerns and aspirations, and desires to be obedient to the things God has instructed him to do.
