This exciting new novel weaves an incredible tale of suspense and intrigue in the vein of the acclaimed novel "IGNITED, The Torch and Fuse". D.A. Borges once again describes a nightmare scenario torn from the headlines of today's newspapers. This time he charts a horrific outcome of a climate out of control. Maddening heat and thirst drive nations to the brink of nuclear annihilation while a team of scientists and intelligence agents race to prevent civilization from becoming the victim of a self induced disaster. Their adventures take them from the melting roof top of the world to the desiccated lands that once fed the planet. Follow them as they struggle to contain the bloody scourge unleashed by the ancient god of war in Mars' Furnace.
