Synopsis

Jennifer is just a human, but not a normal human. She was given superhuman strength and the power to control all the elements. The world she lives in doesn't take kindly to what the media calls "Metas", so she lives in fear that the government will find her. One horrible day, they do. As she runs frantically for her life, a group manages to corner her, guns pointing ready to kill. In a flash of yellow light a man with a red glow surrounding his entire being steps in. From that moment the two go through some dangerous situations. With the fate of the Earth hanging in the balance, they'll need each other and their friends to stop the impossible. And yet, within the trouble they face, they manage to find something special. However, a God was never meant to fall in love with a human.

A propos du livre

À propos de l'auteur

Before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, Alex Becerra enjoyed the art of creative writing. Publishing his early works on Wattpad; which he stumbled upon by accident one day while scrolling through the internet. His online books can still be found on the website today. Titles such as "Becoming A Hero", followed by its sequel "Falling Apart". As well as his unfinished title "Smooth Criminal". All of which have respectfully earned their fair share of spotlight. When not putting his thoughts onto paper, Becerra enjoys giving back to the community through the Single Marines Program. It allows him to meet ordinary people from which he draws inspiration. His dedication to giving back even won him the Volunteer of the Year award in early 2014 through the YMCA. "The world is full of different people living different lives and everyone has a story." The California born writer thanks the Marine Corps for his new experiences which have opened his mind to a world he's never seen before. Time can only tell how far he will go, and we're all left wondering what's coming next.
