Lorna Malone (left) has been sailing for over thirty years and
has participated in the Van Isle 360ï¿1/2 International Yacht Race, a
two-week circumnavigation of Vancouver Island--the challenge of
planning meals for the crew of eight helped to inspire her first book, Sea Salt .
