THOMAS P. HOLLAND, is professor and director of the Kellogg Project on Effective Governance, University of Georgia, and holds an appointment as clinical professor in the department of psychiatry and health behavior, Medical College of Georgia. He is an established author whose work has appeared in the Harvard Business Review. ROGER A. RITVO, is dean and professor of health management and policy at the University of New Hampshire′s School of Health and Human Services. A respected author and a consultant to many public and private organizations in the health, human services and corporate sectors, Ritvo has served on the board of NTL Institute. ANTHONY R. KOVNER, is professor of health policy and management at New York University and is a member of the Lutheran Medical Center of Brooklyn′s board of trustees. A seasoned consultant in health care management, he is the author of many books and articles, including the American College of Healthcare Executives′ Healthcare Article of the Year.
