RITVO, is dean and professor of health management and policy at the University of New Hampshire′s School of Health and Human Services. A respected author and a consultant to many public and private organizations in the health, human services and corporate sectors, Ritvo has served on the board of NTL Institute. ANTHONY R. KOVNER, is professor of health policy and management at New York University and is a member of the Lutheran Medical Center of Brooklyn′s board of trustees.
