Biographie de l'auteur

Pam Abrams is a writer and editor with a special interest in kids and food. She is the senior vice president of Downtown Bookworks, a book packaging company in New York City. She received her B.A. from the State University of New York, Purchase College, and began her editorial career as an associate editor at Harpers magazine. She later worked as executive editor of Parents magazine, editor-in-chief of Child magazine, and vice president and editorial director of eToys.com. Most recently, she was vice president and editor-in-chief of Scholastics Parent & Child magazine. Her articles have appeared in Parents, Scholastics Parent & Child, and O magazines, as well as the Chicago Tribune. She is the author of the childrens book Now I Eat My ABCs. Abrams is a member of the American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) and is on the Board of Directors of Consumers Union. She has appeared on many national and local radio and television programs.
