Sophie Oberstein is founder of Full Experience Coaching, a leadership and personal coaching practice. Prior to pursuing full-time coaching, Oberstein's previous experience included serving as Employee Development manager for Redwood City, CA as well as owner of Targeted Training Solutions, a consulting firm that delivered customized training to a variety of industries, including AT&T, Colgate-Palmolive, Dow Jones, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck Pharmaceuticals. She holds an MA in Human Resources Management and post graduate certification in Training & Development. She has one previously published book, Beyond Coffee and Donuts: How to Market Training & Development Programs. Oberstein and her family live in Burlingame, CA, USA.
