Kassy LaBorie is an online synchronous facilitator, producer, instructional designer, and virtual training platform expert. She is also a frequent and popular speaker at ATD and other learning and development conferences and events.In her role as director of live online training for Dale Carnegie Digital, Kassy leads the development of the live online training events focusing on program design, trainer and producer development, and overall participant experience. Prior to joining Dale Carnegie, Kassy held positions as a master trainer for InSync Training, where she delivered online programs using the many platforms available, and as a senior trainer at WebEx helping to build the WebEx University. She started her training career as a software trainer for ExecuTrain, which allowed her to develop the necessary technical agility to effortlessly run online events.
Tom Stone has been in the learning and development field now for more than 15 years. He currently serves as director of content strategy for Dale Carnegie Digital where he manages the Digital instructional design team, and sets the product roadmap and strategy for their live online and self-paced programs. Prior to joining Dale Carnegie, he was with e-learning provider Element K and talent management software provider Taleo in roles such as senior instructional designer, manager of content development, and senior research analyst. He is a frequent and popular speaker at ATD and other learning and development and broader human resources conferences and events. He has delivered more than 100 presentations, workshops, and panels on topics such as live online and self-paced e-learning, social learning, mobile learning, industry trends, and other talent management subjects.
