Robert M. Rogers received his degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Florida and is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. As sole proprietor of Rogers Engineering & Associates, Dr. Roberts performs research development, systems analysis, test and evaluation, and teaching for the Department of Defense and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in integrated navigation systems.
