Keisha Harris of Richmond, VA was born the oldest child of Christine and John Harris. She grew up in a small private school, and immediately after high school joined the military reserves. She continued on to nursing school, but quickly grew tired of hospital life, and returned to life in the more positive setting of gymnastics. Keisha has written this true account of her experience of being diagnosed with a severe illness and completely overcoming the odds. She has prepared herself for this life's challenge by living life as a soldier, a nurse, an athlete, an athletic coach, an entrepreneur, a business owner, and a child of God, favored by Him and all that love within Him.
