ROBERT J. MOCKLER is Professor of Management in the Graduate School of Business at St. John's University, and is Director of the Strategic Management Research Group. Dr. Mockler has written widely on the subject. His published works include thirty-eight books and monographs. He has consulted and conducted training programs in many developing and developed countries.

DOROTHY G. DOLOGITE is Professor of Computer Information Systems in the School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York. Dr. Dologite has written twelve books and many articles on the subject, and has lectured in Russia, China, and several other countries.
