Bert Chapman is an associate professor of library science, government publications coordinator, and reference librarian at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He has written extensively on U.S. foreign policy and national security government publications as well as on various aspects of U.S. and international political, diplomatic, and military history.
