À propos de l'auteur

Lowell Duncan counseled patients at Hazelden in Center City, Minnesota for fourteen years. In 1991 he established Your Next Step, Hazelden's residential nicotine cessation program, and since then has helped hundreds of nicotine addicts overcome their addiction. In 1998, Duncan helped launch outpatient smoking cessation programs at several Hazelden sites. Duncan has a B.A. in counseling and is internationally certified by the Institute for Chemical Dependency Professionals.
