She specializes in education and humor writing. James Hubal has developed and modified curriculum materials for schools throughout the country.

Since they were first published in 1991, the Hubals’ Living With… workbooks, adapted from the material written in A Program for You: A Guide to the Big Book’s Design for Living, have helped hundreds  of thousands of recovering people engage and incorporate the Twelve Steps in their lives of healing and recovery.
