Krystyna Wasserman, curator of book arts at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, has been one of the most important collectors in the field for the past thirty years.

Johanna Drucker is a professor at the University of Virginia and the top scholar on artists' books today.

Audrey Niffenegger, a book artist herself, is the author of the best-selling novel The Time Traveler's Wife, which is based on a character who is a papermaker and book artist.
