Neal Barnard is an adjunct associate professor of medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, president and founder of the non-profit Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and founder of the non-profit Barnard Medical Center, a primary care medical centre in Washington, DC. Dr. Barnard has authored more than 70 scientific publications, as well as 18 books, including The Cheese Trap, Power Foods for the Brain, 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart, and Dr. Barnard s Program for Reversing Diabetes. Jennifer K. Reilly is a dietitian in the Washington, DC, area who developed the Food for Life: Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and Survival while with the Cancer Project. Susan Levin is director of nutritional education for Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
