God can use you to change your world!

God is working, even when you don&;t see results&;and you can be a part of it. Learn how you can be used by God, despite your shortcomings, and find out how you can shine as a beacon of light&;through your work, to your friends, in your family, and beyond&;in this fascinating look at Elijah: A Man Like Us.

Elijah lived during an age of incredible spiritual decline. His people had turned from the one true God, and as one lone man, he had no reason to hope. Common sense called for surrender. Instead, God called him to a miracle.

Elijah was not of our time, but he could have been, for as Scripture reveals, &;Elijah was a man just like us.&; The word prophet often brings to mind the image of a great orator. But this simple, rural man had no particular skills, no special strengths. All he possessed was an unshakeable faith in the Lord: a faith that God would ultimately use to save an entire nation.

Elijah&;s success was based on qualities that we can all acquire. Despite overwhelming circumstances, despite your most humbling weaknesses&;God can use you to change your world!
