Mel Tremper, PhD, directed the Division of Prevention and Program Planning and Development at the Office of Substance Abuse for the state of Maine for 20 years. He currently provides technical assistance to state substance-abuse prevention agencies at JBS International. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
Ann Saylor is the cofounder of the Center for Asset Development and the former director of the community service program at Harpeth Hall School. She has worked with the Points of Light Foundation, has led a statewide youth council, and has directed camps and conferences. She lives in Pleasant View, Tennessee.
