Doug Veith developed his taste for fine cuisine in France and Portugal. He works as an art director in New York City, where he lives with his wife, the woman he learned to cook for.

Tom Greenwood honed his skills in the food and wine industry in Washington, DC, and is now a New York City copywriter.

Alex Hilebronner has been a professional private chef in Los Angeles for the past 10 years, cooking for celebrities such as Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and Billy Bob Thornton.
