A highly acclaimed chef, Steven Petusevsky is widely known as a pioneer in the pairing of health and exceptional taste. He served as the National Director of Creative Food Development for Whole Foods Market and is the author of The Whole Foods Market Cookbook (Clarkson Potter, 2002) and the American Diabetes Association Vegetarian Cookbook (American Diabetes Association, 2013). He has written for Cooking Light, the Chicago Tribune news service, Health, Fine Cooking, Food & Wine, and Restaurant Hospitality. Petusevsky lives in Florida.
