Bernadette (Bernie) Berlin is a mixed media artist who has organised swaps and has taught techniques for ATCs at many major art retreats. An artist-on-call for Stampington & Company (publishers of several high-end paperarts magazines), she regularly contributes to Somerset Studio, Rubber Stamp Madness and Inspirations magazines.
