Nick Lyons is the author of more than four hundred essays and eighteen books. For twenty-five years he wrote the famous and beloved "Seasonable Angler" column for Fly Fisherman magazine. He was for many years a professor of English at Hunter College in New York City. Alan James Robinson is a distinguished artist whose work draws heavily on images of fish, fishing, and the natural world. He lives and works in Easthampton, Massachusetts
