Synopsis

Music is not a separate practice in most ancient world cultures; but, rather, it is a part of an interdisciplinary collection of artistic modes of expression that include various aural, kinetic, and visual components. Karlton E. Hester is a composer who explores music as an element of life ritual directed towards continual physical, subjective, and psychic motion towards self-realization and transcendence. Thus creativity becomes a vehicle through which we explore the evolution and interconnections of phenomena in the universes using sound, sight, and ideas to contemplate the balanced diversity of cosmic abstraction.
