Kevin Shatzkamer, Cisco Consulting Systems Architect, is responsible for long-term strategy and architectural evolution of mobile wireless networks. His areas of expertise include GSM/UMTS, CDMA, packet gateways, security, video, QoS, and end-to-end design theory. Scott Wainner, Cisco Distinguished Systems Engineer, consults with major US service providers and enterprises, and led the architectural development of next-generation IP/MPLS and VPN solutions.
