From one of the world's leading management consultants comes a dynamic new style of leadership, developed in response to the times in which we work. With business practices redefining themselves every day, companies must create environments of speed and flexibility that will engage their employees and allow radical ideas to thrive. Susan Annunzio offers a blueprint to flourishing in today's world. Through dozens of real-world examples of evolutionary leadership in practice, the book is designed to: leave a company poised for success in the business arena by using the author's five-step model; inspire, encourage and retain staff at all levels; and create an environment to stimulate both the new generation of workers and the more established "baby-boomers".
