There are three quilts designed by Sharon Hultgren: one with a sailboat theme, one with a heart theme, and one in a diamond theme. The two quilts designed by Susan Stein include magic stars and puzzle blocks. Each project includes a full-page color photo, materials list, step-by-step instructions, diagrams for construction, and any necessary templates. À propos des auteurs
SUSAN STEIN owned a successful quilt and fiber arts shop in St. Paul, Minnesota called Colorful Quilts and Textiles. She stocked all the cutting edge products for quilters and fabric artists who love to go beyond basics into fabric painting, dyeing, fabric manipulation, and other fiber arts. In 2003, Susan was voted Minnesota Quilter of the Year. She is the author of Fabric Art Workshop, The Complete Photo Guide to Textile Art, and The Complete Photo Guide to Art Quilting published by CPi. She has also written two other quilting books and has researched and contributed to numerous Creative Publishing international titles. Susan is now retired, but still quilting and exploring fabric arts for fun!
Since opening a quilt store in 1985, SHARON HULTGREN has gone on to teach around the world, write quilt books, produce quilting videos and develop quilting tools.
