Based on decades of clinical practice and real-world trials, this book reveals how hidden stresses can cause lasting symptoms that standard tests miss—and how patients can finally find relief.
Many people experience real, lasting symptoms that medical tests cannot explain. Fatigue, pain, digestive issues, and other chronic complaints can leave patients frustrated, dismissed, or unsure where to turn. In this groundbreaking book, Dr. David Clarke draws on decades of clinical experience and real-world trials to show that hidden stresses in life are often the underlying cause—and that understanding them is the first step toward true healing.
Through inspiring patient stories, practical insights, and proven treatment approaches, readers learn how to identify and address the unseen forces affecting their health. Originally published in 2007, the lessons in this book are more relevant today than ever, as modern life has only amplified stress in ways medicine often overlooks. For anyone seeking answers when tests fail, this book offers hope, guidance, and a path to reclaiming well-being.
