Leslie Ann Dauphin holds a Ph.D. in microbiology from North Carolina State University. Currently she is a microbiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. She has taught biological sciences for over ten years and speaks annually at national scientific conferences.
